Tracky 데이터 삭제 안내

Tracky가 내 Meta·Google 계정에 접근하지 못하게 하거나, Tracky에 저장된 내 데이터를 모두 지우는 방법입니다. 무엇이 저장되는지는 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.

1. 연결만 끊기

  • Meta(Facebook): Facebook 설정 › 비즈니스 통합(목록에 없으면 설정 › 앱 및 웹사이트)에서 Tracky를 찾아 삭제합니다. 그 즉시 Tracky에 준 토큰이 무효가 되어 광고 계정·페이지에 더는 접근할 수 없습니다.
  • Google Drive: Google 계정 › 서드 파티 연결에서 Tracky의 액세스 권한을 삭제합니다.
  • Claude 앱: Tracky 환경설정 › Claude 연결에서 연결된 앱의 “연결 끊기”를 누릅니다.
  • API 키: Tracky AI 패널에서 연결한 Anthropic 키를 그 패널의 연결 해제로 삭제합니다.

연결을 끊어도 계정과 저장된 연결 기록은 남아 있습니다. 모두 지우려면 아래 2번에서 계정을 삭제하세요.

2. 계정과 데이터 전체 삭제

  1. 직접 삭제: Tracky에 로그인해 마이페이지 맨 아래 계정 삭제에 “삭제”라고 적고 누르면 바로 지워집니다. 이때 Tracky가 받은 Meta·Google 권한도 함께 회수하고, 잠깐 열어 둔 소재 파일 링크도 닫습니다.
  2. 로그인할 수 없을 때: contact@10million.kr로 제목 “Tracky 데이터 삭제 요청”, 본문에 가입한 Google 이메일(또는 Tracky 아이디, Tracky를 연결한 Facebook 이름)을 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다. 가입 대기 명단에서 빼 달라는 요청도 같은 방법으로 받습니다.

삭제되는 것:

  • Tracky 계정(Google 이메일·이름, 아이디, 비밀번호 해시)과 가입 대기 명단 기록
  • 브랜드 정보(이름, 시작 화면의 답, 요금제, 켠 광고 계정)
  • Meta·Google 토큰, Drive 폴더 설정, 등록한 API 키, 화면 설정
  • Claude 앱 연결 기록, 실험 기록 변경 이력, 소재 임시 공유·업로드 기록

Tracky가 지우지 않는 것(이용자 소유라 직접 관리):

  • 내 Google Drive의 Tracky 폴더(실험 기록·소재 파일) — Drive에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 내 Meta 광고 계정의 캠페인·광고 — Meta 광고관리자에서 관리합니다.

광고 계정마다 정한 성격(주된 결과·협력 광고·자동 승인)은 그 광고 계정에 붙은 설정이라, 같은 광고 계정을 쓰는 다른 브랜드를 위해 남겨 둡니다. 서버 접속 기록은 14일 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다. 계약·결제 기록처럼 법령상 보관해야 하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 따로 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

Tracky Data Deletion Instructions

If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Remove Tracky's access

2. Delete your account and all stored data

Sign in to Tracky, open My page, type “삭제” (delete) under Delete account and confirm. Your data is deleted right away, Tracky's Meta and Google permissions are revoked, and any temporary file links are closed. If you cannot sign in, email contact@10million.kr with the subject “Tracky data deletion request” and the Google email you signed up with (or your Tracky username or the Facebook name you connected); we delete your data within 10 days after verifying your identity and confirm by email. The same applies to removing yourself from the waitlist.

We delete your Tracky account and any waitlist entry, your brand information (name, setup answers, plan, enabled ad accounts), Meta and Google tokens, Drive folder settings, API keys, preferences, Claude connection records, experiment change history, and temporary sharing and upload records. We do not delete the Tracky folder in your own Google Drive or the campaigns and ads in your Meta ad account — those belong to you and you can manage them directly. Server access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
