Tracky 서비스 이용약관

Tracky is a service for recording and reviewing ad experiments, operated by Tenmillion Marketing Co., Ltd. (텐밀리언마케팅 주식회사). It shows Meta ad performance, records ad experiments and retrospectives, keeps a creative library in your Google Drive, creates ads you approve in your Meta ad account in a paused state, and lets you connect the Claude app.

You sign up with your Google account, which also creates your brand with you as its owner. While sign-up is closed we can put you on a waitlist at your request and tell you when it opens. If we issued you a username under a separate contract, you can keep using it or link your Google account. Do not share or transfer your account, and tell us right away if it may be compromised.

Tracky is offered in plans (such as Trial, Starter, Growth and Partner) that differ in how many ad accounts you can turn on and which features you can use. Sign-up starts a 14-day free trial; after it ends some features, such as ad setup and the Claude app's write tools, may be limited unless you move to a paid plan. Prices, billing and refunds for paid plans will be shown in the service before we charge you. Separate contracts with us (such as Partner) govern where they apply.

You must have the right to use the Meta ad accounts, Pages, business assets and Google Drive you connect, and you must follow Meta's and Google's terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time — see Data deletion instructions.

Tracky only creates ads in a paused state. You decide whether to turn ads on, their budgets and how long they run. Ad spend is billed by Meta to your ad account. You are responsible for making sure your ads and creatives comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable laws, including copyright and advertising laws.

AI-generated creatives, analyses and hypotheses are drafts that a person must review and approve. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any ad results. AI usage under your own API key is billed to that key's account.

Do not access accounts, ad accounts or Drives you are not authorized to use; reverse engineer the service, bypass security or overload it with automated requests; or create ads or content that violate the law or Meta's and Google's policies. We may restrict access if you do.

You own your ad data, creatives and experiment records. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Experiment records and creative files live in your own Google Drive and remain yours after your contract ends.

We may change or pause the service for maintenance, outages or changes to third-party APIs such as Meta and Google, and will give advance notice where we can. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for outages or policy changes of third-party services, the results or costs of ads you chose to run, or losses from poor account security on your side.

You can delete your account at any time from My page — see Data deletion instructions. Where you have a separate contract with us, its fees and terms prevail over these terms where they differ. We will post changes to these terms at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: contact@10million.kr.
